The 6-foot-2, 180-pound junior won the 110-meter high hurdles with a time of 14.54 seconds and the 300-meter intermediate hurdles in 38.72 at the state championship meet this past season. Moku set a state-meet record of 38.07 in the preliminaries of the 300 hurdles, and he also ran legs on the third-place 4x100 relay and the sixth-place 4x400 quartet.
Moku has maintained a 3.13 GPA in the classroom. He will begin his senior year of high school this fall.
Moku has volunteered locally on behalf of the Special Olympics and youth track programs.
