The 5-foot-9 senior guard averaged 36.2 points and 9.2 rebounds per game this past season, leading the Spartans (19-6) to the Class 2A state semifinals. Scott also recorded 4.8 assists and 3.0 steals per game and sank 109 baskets from 3-point range, including 11 in the team’s 77-65 state semifinal loss to Faith Christian High. A McDonald’s High School All-American Game selection, she was the 2022 Class 2A Player of the Year. She concluded her prep basketball career with 2,733 points.
Scott has maintained a weighted 4.32 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball on scholarship at the University of Arkansas this fall.
Scott has volunteered more than 100 hours of her time teaching the game of basketball to young girls at summer camps, weekend training sessions and the local YMCA. She has also donated her time at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Florida and as a peer mentor.
