“Simon’s dominance is not always demonstrated in goals and assists, but his control over the game is easily visible. The impact he has on his team’s ability to control large amounts of possession comes down to how good a passer he is and how well he reads the game as a central midfielder. He was the best player we played in our district and the state tournament run.”

Athletic Excellence

The 6-foot, 155-pound senior midfielder led the Raptors to a 19-3-2 record and the Class AAA state championship this past season. Hetrick scored 11 goals and passed for 8 assists, netting his PK in a penalty shootout to help Ravenswood secure the state title. He is the two-time Williamson County District Midfielder of the Year and a 2026 Wilco Soccer Player of the Year nominee. 

Academic Achievement

Hetrick has maintained a 4.32 weighted GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer on scholarship at Lipscomb University this fall.

Exemplary Character

Hetrick has volunteered locally with One Generation Away, an organization that gathers and distributes food to people in need. He has also donated his time as a mentor in a fourth grade classroom.
