The state’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 5-foot-7 senior point guard had led the Lions to a 21-2 regular-season record at the time of her selection. Sellers averaged 26.0 points, 9.2 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 5.0 steals per game through 23 games. A two-time First Team All-State honoree, she is also a three-time state tournament MVP and ranks as the nation’s No. 28 recruit in the Class of 2023 according to ESPN.com.
Sellers has maintained a weighted 3.07 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball on scholarship at the University of Washington this fall.
Sellers has volunteered locally for the Special Olympics and as a youth basketball coach.
