The 5-foot-7, 133-pound senior defended his state title this past season, breaking the tape at the IHSAA Championships with a time of 14:46.90 and leading the Tigers to fifth place as a team. Ranked No. 8 in the national MileSplit 50 last fall, Quagliaroli earned First Team All-American honors by taking fourth at the national Foot Locker Cross Country Championships. He also crossed the line 22nd at the national NXN Final after finishing second at the NXN Midwest Regional, where he was First Team All-Region. A three-time All-State selection, he clocked a 5K personal best of 14:46.30 at sectionals last fall.
Quagliaroli has maintained a weighted 4.61 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to run at the University of Indiana Bloomington this fall.
Quagliaroli has served as a nominated member of his school’s Student Athlete Leadership Team and as a member of its Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter. He has participated in multiple community service initiatives as part of his church community, including as part of its youth group. He has also volunteered locally on behalf of a food pantry and as a youth coach at Camp IWannaRun.
