The 5-foot-6 sophomore right-handed pitcher and first baseman had led the Wolverines to a 22-2 record and a berth in the Division I state tournament at the time of her selection. Jolin owned a 12-1 record in the circle with a 0.65 ERA and 58 strikeouts thru 24 games. At the plate, she batted .642 with 10 home runs, 26 extra-base hits, 37 runs scored and 47 RBI. Already South’s single-season home run record-holder, she compiled a .699 on-base percentage and a 1.358 slugging percentage.
Jolin has maintained a 3.39 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her junior year of high school this fall.
Jolin has volunteered locally as part of community-beautification projects and as a youth softball pitching coach.
