The 5-foot-7 junior hurdler/jumper swept the 100- and 300-meter hurdles at the Division 1 state meet this past season, leading the Falcons to a ninth-place finish as a team. Brueck also took second in the triple jump and third in the long jump. She clocked a state-record time of 43.90 seconds at the New England Outdoor championships, where she finished third. The 2023-23 Vermont Gatorade Girls Basketball Player of the Year, she set another state record with 5,755 points at the Vermont Decathlon Championships.
Brueck has maintained an A average in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
Brueck has volunteered locally as a youth track, basketball and soccer coach. She has also donated her time as a summer camp counselor.
