The 5-foot-10, 160-pound senior midfielder led the Millers to a 15-1-3 record and the school’s first undefeated regular season in over 30 years this past season. Selbo scored 16 goals and passed for 7 assists, carrying Washburn to the Class 3A semifinals. He also excelled defensively for a squad that posted seven shutouts, exemplifying his impact on both sides of the ball. The state’s 3A Mr. Soccer honoree, he was also a 2024 United Soccer Coaches All-Region selection.
Selbo has maintained a 3.78 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer on scholarship at the University of St. Thomas this fall.
Selbo has volunteered locally with Feed My Starving Children. He has also donated his time as a volunteer coach at both the Fuller Jamborees and MTA Thunderbolts youth soccer clinics.
