The 6-foot-1, 145-pound senior middle distance and distance talent swept the 800-, 1600- and 3200-meter events at the Division 2 state meet this past season, leading the Grizzlies to second place as a team. At the Palmer Invite in May, Annett clocked a season-best time of 4:19.69 in the 1600 and dropped a personal-best 9:26.16 in the 3200, which ranked No. 1 in the state in 2025. A two-time Alaska Gatorade Boys Cross Country Player of the Year, he captured seven individual state titles across indoor and outdoor track in his prep career.
Annett has maintained a 3.23 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to compete for Liberty University (Va.) this fall.
Annett has volunteered locally on behalf of his church group and as a youth coach for elementary school-aged athletes.
