The state’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 5-foot-9, 153-pound senior sprinter clocked the second-fastest 400-meter time in the nation this past season, crossing the line in 44.84 seconds to finish second at the USATF Under-20 Championships. Wilson also ran the anchor leg of the second-place 4x400 relay team at New Balance Nationals to earn All-American status. This spring also included 400-meter wins at both the Pepsi Relays in 45.97 and the Arcadia Invitational in 45.48. The World U18 record holder in the 400 with a time of 44.10 in 2025, Wilson also clocked a 400 hurdles time of 52.52 this season, which ranked No. 19 nationally among prep boys competitors. He is now a three-time Gatorade Maryland Player of the Year in boys track.
Wilson has maintained an A average in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to compete on scholarship at the University of Maryland this fall.
An active member of the Bullis School’s Black Student Union, Wilson has volunteered locally with the Wayman Good Hope African Methodist Episcopal Church. He has also assisted with an effort to donate athletic shoes in association with the church’s youth group.
