The 6-foot-3, 175-pound senior won the decathlon at the 2019 USATF National Junior Olympics last July. Bair’s total of 6,913 points ranked as the nation’s No. 24 mark in history among prep competitors. A 10-time state champion, Bair set four meet records at the 2019 Class 3A Outdoor state championships, winning the 110-meter high hurdles, the 300-meter intermediate hurdles, the long jump and as the second leg of Kimberly’s 4x400-meter relay quartet. He also holds the state record in the 300 hurdles.
Bair has maintained a 3.88 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a national letter of intent to compete on an athletic scholarship at Mississippi State University.
A member of his local 4-H Club, Bair produced the Grand Champion Steer at the Twin Falls County Fair. He has volunteered locally as a youth track coach, and he has donated his time to multiple community service initiatives through his church.
