The 5-foot-10, 155-pound junior forward scored 19 goals and passed for 15 assists this past season, leading the Rebels (13-4) to the Division 1 semifinals. An All-New England selection by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, O'Hara is a two-time First Team All-State honoree as well.
O'Hara has maintained a 4.05 GPA in the classroom. He will begin his senior year of high school this fall.
Also a talented musician, O'Hara has volunteered locally on behalf of blood-donation drives, an elementary school literacy initiative and a basketball program for disabled children. "O'Hara is a fast kid with good size and he's constantly creating dangerous space with his runs, and finding spaces to score," said Phil Jacobs, head coach of Mt. Mansfield Union High. "He also shows great vision in terms of knowing where his teammates are and getting them the ball."
