The 6-foot-1, 180-pound senior midfielder scored seven goals and passed for seven assists this past season, leading the Raiders (9-4-5) to the Division II state semifinals. Bourne was the Division II Player of the Year and a United Soccer Coaches High School All-American honoree. A three-time First All-State selection, he concluded his prep soccer career with 24 goals and 24 assists.
A National Merit Scholar semifinalist, Bourne has maintained a 4.32 weighted GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer at Colgate University this fall.
A student ambassador at Lebanon High, Bourne has volunteered locally as a translator and liaison for an immigrant student from Venezuela who spoke no English. He has also donated his time with The Pulsera Project, a non-profit organization that connects Central-American students throughout the United States.
