The 6-foot-4, 185-pound senior goalkeeper led the Hawks to a 14-0-3 record and the Class AA state championship this past season. Olsen posted nine shutouts and allowed just 13 goals and capped his season by making two saves in a state semifinals shootout. The Class AA Eastern Division Player of the Year, he is a two-time First Team All-State selection and was named the 2023 United Soccer Coaches State Player of the Year.
Olsen has maintained a weighted 3.91 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a national letter of intent to play soccer on scholarship at Westminster University in Utah this fall.
Olsen participated in a service-mission trip to Tanzania in association with the Montana Futbol Foundation. He helped build a school building, fixed the steps that provide access to a soccer field and supplied soccer gear for youth players. A practiced viola player, he has volunteered locally on behalf of the Special Olympics.
