The 6-foot-2, 155-pound senior jumper won the NMAA Class 5A state title in the pole vault this past season with a meet record clearance of 16 feet, 7 inches, which ranked No. 30 nationally among prep boys competitors in 2026. Odom took 10th in the event at Nike Outdoor Nationals with a leap of 16-6.5 and he won the age 17-18 category pole vault title at the USATF New Mexico Junior Olympics. He has improved by more than five feet in the last two years.
Odom has maintained a 4.49 weighted GPA in the classroom. He remains undecided upon a college destination.
The senior class valedictorian and also a fitness content creator with more than 7,000 followers, Odom has volunteered locally on behalf of multiple community service projects, including outreach to the homeless outreach, nursing home visits and puppeteering for kids. He has also donated his time as a senior youth intern and youth worship leader at his church, where he also plays the guitar and sings during Mass.
