The 5-foot-4 junior raced to the Class AA state championship this past season with a time of 17:53. The state’s returning Gatorade Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year, Starliper took second at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional championship and placed 13th nationally at the Foot Locker Cross Country Championships, earning All-American honors. She also won the District 3 championship, the Paul Short Run and the PIAA Foundation Invitational.
Starliper has maintained an A average in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
A devoted member of her church community, Starliper has volunteered locally on behalf of New Hope Ministries and youth running programs.
