The 6-foot-1 sophomore guard and forward led the Mavericks to a 14-4 record and the Class 6A state final this past season. Booker averaged 18.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.6 blocks per game. A First Team All-State honoree and the Mississippi Scoreboard Metro Jackson Player of the Year, she was named to the Clarion Ledger Dandy Dozen and is ranked as the nation’s No. 9 recruit in the Class of 2023 by ESPN. Booker was invited to the USA Basketball Women’s U16 National Team trials scheduled for June.
Booker has maintained a 3.50 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her junior year of high school this fall.
A devoted member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Booker serves in her church’s children’s ministry and has volunteered locally feeding the homeless.
