The 5-foot-11 junior left-handed pitcher has led the Raccoons to a 31-2 record and a berth in the Class 5A state tournament semifinals against Birdville High, scheduled for June 3. MacGrandle is 31-2 with a 0.81 ERA in the circle, striking out 385 batters

Exemplary Character

An accomplished flautist, she is a member of the Frisco High student council and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She has also donated her time to an elementary-school literacy outreach program and on behalf of multiple community-service initiatives
