Athletic Excellence

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound senior wide receiver and defensive back led the Storm to a 4-0 record and a victory over Las Cruces High in a Class 6A bowl game this past season. Wysong caught 15 passes for 429 yards and six touchdowns, averaging 28.6 yards per reception. He also rushed for two scores and averaged 23 yards per return on 12 punt returns. Defensively, Wysong recorded eight tackles. A 2019 Class 6A First Team All-State selection, he concluded his prep football career with 1,173 receiving yards and 14 total touchdowns.

Academic Achievement

Wysong has maintained a weighted 3.24 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football on scholarship at the University of New Mexico this fall.

Exemplary Character

A Rio Rancho Fire Department and Police Department Youth Volunteer, Wysong has donated his time locally as part of food-donation drives and he has volunteered on behalf of multiple community service initiatives through his church youth group.
