The 6-foot-5, 196-pound senior guard led the Dots to a 19-6 record and the regional final this past season. Frampton averaged 23.6 points, 10 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.2 steals per game. A First Team All-State selection and the Kanawha Valley Defensive Player of the Year as a junior, he is a three-time All-Conference honoree.
Frampton has maintained a 3.59 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball on scholarship at Davidson College this fall.
Frampton has assisted with social events for people with disabilities and has volunteered locally on behalf of a food bank and youth basketball programs. "Frampton is athletic and he can score in so many different ways," said Josh Daniel, head coach at Hoover High. "He's unselfish, but he can get any shot he wants, and he's as good a high school shooter as I've seen. Honestly, he does everything really well."
