The 6-foot-5, 207-pound senior center fielder batted .535 with four home runs, 40 RBIs and 26 stolen bases this past season, leading the Jaguars to a 17-6 record and a berth in the state championship game. The state’s returning Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year and Delaware’s No. 1 draft prospect as ranked by Perfect Game, Carrier also scored 31 runs while amassing an OPS of 1.698.
Carrier has maintained a 3.33 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball on scholarship at the University of Miami this fall.
Carrier has volunteered locally as part of multiple fundraisers to benefit a children’s hospital and has donated his time as a youth baseball coach.
