The 5-foot-2 freshman raced to the Class 5A individual state championship this past season with a time of 17:06.8. Culbreath won the Nike Cross Nationals South Regional championships in 17:33.8 and finished 12th nationally at the NXN Final, earning All-American honors in the process. She also broke the tape at the McKinney Boyd Invitational, the Ken Garland Invitational, the Southlake Carroll Invitational, the Plano Invitational and the 6A varsity race at the McNeil Invitational.
Culbreath has maintained an A average in the classroom. She will begin her sophomore year of high school this fall.
Culbreath has volunteered locally on behalf of food-donation drives, youth summer camps and a nursing home. "London is one of the hardest-working individuals I've ever coached," said McKinney North coach Jessica Richards. "She demands the best in herself on a daily basis."
