The 5-foot-5 junior raced to the Class 6A individual state championship this past year with a time of 17:14.34, leading the Huskies to third place as a team. Kehoe also won the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference title and Metro Mid-State Athletic Conference Invitational as well as the Ponca City Regional meet. She took third at the Nike South Regional Championships to advance to Nike Cross Nationals for the first time in her prep career, finishing 23rd in Oregon.
Kehoe has maintained a 4.75 weighted GPA in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
A member of the National Honor Society and her school’s French Club, Kehoe is an officer in the local Students United for Nature Club, which organizes projects and volunteer efforts to make positive environmental impact in Edmond. She has also donated her time as a candidate for Bring A Light To Others, a school fundraiser that has raised over $4 million dollars for BALTO recipients, including child cancer patients, brain tumor patients, special education students, premature babies and many more worthy causes.
