At the time of his selection, the 6-foot, 180-pound senior right-handed pitcher and outfielder had led the Astros to a 19-0 record and the top seed in the upcoming Division I state tournament. Boucher went 7-0 on the mound with a 1.29 ERA, striking out 64 batters over 38 innings with a 1.24 WHIP through 19 games. At the plate, he drove in 11 runs and scored 18 runs. Ranked as the No. 4 prospect in New Hampshire’s Class of 2025 by Perfect Game and No. 24 in New England by Prep Baseball Report, he was a 2024 First Team All-State selection.
Boucher has maintained a 93.3 weighted GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play baseball on scholarship at Penn State University this fall.
Boucher has volunteered locally as a youth baseball instructor, and he also serves as the head of his school’s Elementary Spanish Club.
