The 6-foot-1 senior middle blocker tallied 361 kills and 126 digs this past season, leading the Crimson Tide (21-3) to the Division I state championship match. The New Hampshire Volleyball Coaches Association's 2016 Division I Player of the Year, Hatch also recorded 62 blocks and 30 service aces while posting a kill percentage of .526 and a hitting percentage of .392. A two-time First Team All-State selection, she concluded her prep volleyball career with 1,051 kills.
Hatch has maintained an A-minus average in the classroom. She remains undecided upon a collegiate destination.
A member of the Concord High Leadership Committee, Hatch has volunteered locally as part of area food drives and with an elementary school literacy-outreach program. "You made game plans to try to avoid Lauren and limit the amount of touches she could have," said John Roemer, head coach of Salem High. "And she still had a huge impact. Without her, Concord would not have been the team they were this year."
