At the time of her selection, the 5-foot-4 senior right-handed pitcher had led the Rocketeers (16-5) to the round of 16 in the Division II state tournament. Colleran compiled a 15-3 record through 20 games this season with a 0.33 ERA in 126.2 innings pitched, striking out 306 batters compared to just nine walks while posting a 0.395 WHIP. She also batted .552 with 13 home runs, 27 RBI and 32 runs scored, posting a 2.007 OPS. She fired two perfect games this spring and was named the 2023 Hockomock League MVP.
Colleran has maintained an A average in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball on scholarship at Boston University this fall.
A member of the National Honor Society, Colleran has volunteered locally raising money for cancer research in addition to donating her time at a local food pantry and with the Special Olympics.
