The 5-foot-2 sophomore distance talent led the Terriers to the GAPPS Division 1 state title this past season, breaking the tape with a time of 19:06.50. Dollar also won the Georgia HS Meet of Champions, and set a 5K personal-best (17:30.58) by finishing 49th in the Gold Race at the national RunningLane Cross Country Championships—the fastest 5K time by a Georgia girl in 2021. The state’s top finisher at both the Eastbay South Regional (formerly the Foot Locker South) and the RunningLane championships, she was a Second Team All-Metro selection by the Atlanta Track Club.
Dollar has maintained a 3.98 GPA in the classroom. She will begin her junior year of high school this fall.
A member of Beta Club, an educational youth organization, Dollar has volunteered locally as part of feed-the-hungry initiatives and has donated her time to assisting the children’s service at her church. Also a peer tutor, she has participated in cleanup days for area athletic fields and has served as a coach for youth track athletes.
