The 6-foot-3, 200-pound senior right-handed pitcher compiled a 7-1 record on the mound this past season with a 1.66 ERA and 91 strikeouts in 50.2 innings, leading the Blue Jays (29-9) to the Class 6, District 8 title game. Milbrandt also batted .400 with an OPS of 1.043, driving in 15 runs, scoring 18 and swiping five bases. He is the state’s No. 1 prospect in the Class of 2022 as rated by the Prep Baseball Report and a 2021 First Team All-State selection.
Milbrandt has maintained a 3.93 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball on scholarship at Vanderbilt University this fall.
Milbrandt has volunteered locally in association with Harvesters, a community food network that provides food and related household products to more than 760 nonprofit agencies. He has also donated his time as both a youth baseball coach and a basketball coach and camp instructor.
