Athletic Excellence

The 5-foot-11 senior guard had led the Mustangs to a 28-2 record and a berth in the Class 2A sectional final at the time of her selection. Weathers averaged 23.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 4.0 steals and 2.0 blocks per game through 30 games. The 2021 Class A Miss Basketball winner, Weathers is a 2022 Class 2A Miss Basketball finalist. The sister of Ryan Weathers, the 2017-18 Gatorade National Baseball Player of the Year, she entered the sectional final with 2,701 points in her prep basketball career.

Academic Achievement

Weathers has maintained a 3.92 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball on scholarship at the University of Alabama this fall.

The Loretto High Homecoming Queen, Weathers has volunteered locally as a youth basketball and volleyball coach, and she has donated her time to multiple community service initiatives through her church.
