The 6-foot-4, 160-pound senior won four events at the Class 2A state meet this past season, leading the Scorpions to the state championship as a team. Lincoln broke the tape in the 100-meter dash in 10.46 seconds, while taking the 200 in 20.90 and the 400 in 47.42. He also ran the second leg on the victorious 4x200 quartet. He won a national title with his clocking of 47.26 in the 400 at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor, and he placed second in the 400 at the Brooks PR Invitational in 46.23, which ranked as the nation’s No. 4 performance among prep competitors in 2022.
Lincoln has maintained a 3.73 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to run on scholarship at Virginia Tech this fall.
Lincoln has volunteered on behalf of the local parks and recreation department.
