The 6-foot-3, 215-pound sophomore shortstop and right-handed pitcher led the Golden Eagles (27-9) to the Class 5A state championship game this past season. Hall batted .462 with 32 RBI and 40 runs scored. He also blasted eight home runs and stole 22 bases. Ranked as the nation’s No. 11 prospect in his class by Prep Baseball, he struck out 41 batters in 28.1 innings pitched and fanned eight in 6.2 shutout innings to anchor Maple Mountain’s victory in Game 2 of the best-of-three state championship series.
Hall has maintained a 3.85 GPA in the classroom. He will begin his junior year of high school this fall.
Hall has volunteered locally with the Tabitha’s Way food pantry, helping to provide Thanksgiving dinners for families in need. He has also donated his time as a youth baseball in addition to serving as an umpire in a league for players ages five to eight.
