The 6-foot-1, 165-pound senior raced to the Class 5A individual state championship this past season with a time of 15:06.8. McMullin also won the Nike Cross Southwest Regional Championship in 14:47.4 and broke the tape at the Region 8 Championships, the Park City Invitational and the Pre-Footlocker Invitational. He took seventh at the Eastbay West Regional Championships and crossed the line in 18th at the national Eastbay Cross Country Championships, earning Second Team All-American status in the process.
McMullin has maintained a 4.0 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to run on scholarship at Brigham Young University this fall.
An Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, McMullin has served as part of humanitarian trips to Brazil and Mexico and has volunteered locally on behalf of the Lehi Literacy Center.
