The state’s returning Gatorade Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year, the 6-foot senior was a member of Team USA’s gold-medal winning squad at the 2019 North American Powerlifting Federation Championships in Costa Rica in August. The 2019 High School National Powerlifting champion in the heavyweight division, Greer is a two-time state champ in shot put, and her winning throw of 47 feet, 0.75 inches at the 2019 Class AA state meet ranked as the nation’s No. 22 mark among prep competitors a year ago.
Greer has maintained a weighted 4.0 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a national letter of intent to compete on an athletic scholarship at Kansas State University.
Greer has volunteered locally at a homeless shelter and food bank.
