The 5-foot-7, 135-pound senior distance specialist broke two state records and won three state titles in leading the Na Menehunes to the team championship this past season. A two-time Gatorade Player of the Year honoree in cross country, Millare broke his own state record in the 800 at Nike Outdoor Nationals in Oregon with a time of 1:52.16 to finish 12th. At the Arcadia Invitational in California, he set a new state record in the mile with a fifth-place time of 4:10.97.
Millare has maintained a 3.54 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to compete on scholarship at George Mason University (Va.).
Millare has volunteered locally as a middle school track meet marshal and has donated his time on behalf of multiple community service initiatives through his church.
