The 6-foot-2, 170-pound senior guard led the Hawks to a 21-5 record and the Hudson County Tournament championship this past season. The state’s returning Gatorade Boys Basketball Player of the Year, Quinerly averaged 18.5 points, 5.8 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. A First Team All-State selection, he was also named to the Hoophall Classic All-Tournament Team and was chosen to play in the McDonald’s All-American Game.
Quinerly has maintained an A-minus average in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball on scholarship at Villanova University this fall.
Quinerly has volunteered locally on behalf of youth basketball programs and food donation drives.
