The 6-foot-5, 230-pound senior right-handed pitcher and first baseman had led the Wolverines to a 12-3 record at the time of his selection with the Class 4A state tournament scheduled to begin May 30. A 2018 First Team All-State selection, Woodall posted a 2-0 record on the mound with a 0.00 ERA and 25 strikeouts in 12 innings through 15 games. He also batted .410 with 12 RBI, 16 runs and a .538 on-base percentage.
Woodall has maintained a 3.57 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball on scholarship at St. Martin’s University in Washington State beginning this fall.
A devoted parishioner in his church community, Woodall has volunteered locally on behalf of the Food Bank of Alaska and as a youth camp counselor and baseball instructor.
