The 5-foot-9, 160-pound defender scored 11 goals and passed for four assists this past season, leading the Wampus Cats (16-2-4) to the Class 6A state championship game. A four-year starter, Chalk was an All-State honoree and an All-Arkansas Preps First Team selection.
Chalk has maintained a 3.24 GPA in the classroom. He remains undecided upon a collegiate destination.
A devoted member of both his church community and his Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter, Chalk has raised funds to benefit the homeless in Haiti and has volunteered locally on behalf of youth soccer programs as well as food, clothing and book-donation drives.
