The 5-foot-5 senior multi-event competitor won the 100-meter high hurdles and the high jump at the Class A state meet this past season, leading the Red Storm to the state title as a team. Harmon also took second in the pole vault and fifth in the long jump at the state meet. The 2026 Varsity Maine Track and Field Athlete of the Year, she earned All-New England honors by winning the high jump at the New England Outdoor T&F Championship, and her season-best clearance of 5 feet, 8 inches at the Marathon Sports Elite Invitational tied her for No. 51 nationally among prep girls competitors this spring.
Harmon has maintained an A average in the classroom. She has signed a written letter of athletic aid to compete on scholarship at the University of Connecticut this fall.
A practiced trumpeteer who has performed at Scarborough High graduations as well as the town’s Memorial Day Parade, Harmon has volunteered locally at the Ronald McDonald House Maine and as a youth track coach. She has also donated her time to multiple community service initiatives through her church.
