“Isaac is one of the most decorated high school quarterbacks to come from the state of Utah. He has a tremendous skill set to not only make every throw, but also the athleticism to make it tough on defenses to defend against his ability to run or extend plays. Along with his skill set, Isaac possesses a measure of grit that makes him a very special player.”
