The 5-foot-5 junior distance talent won a national title and set a state record in the 3200-meter run at the RunningLane Track Championships this past season, and her time of 10:07.97 ranked No. 17 nationally among girls prep competitors this spring. Bishop also won four individual state titles at the Class 3A state meet in the 400-, 800-, 1600- and 3200-meter runs, leading the Patriots to the team championship. She earned All-American status at Nike Outdoor Nationals with a sixth-place finish of 9:28.87 in the 3000-meter run, which ranked No. 10 nationally, while her season-best mile clocking of 4:42.54 at Track Night in NYC ranked No. 20.
Bishop has maintained a weighted 4.30 GPA in the classroom. She has made a verbal commitment to compete at the University of Arkansas beginning in the fall of 2026.
The founder of her school’s chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Bishop serves on the PCCA Student Athletic Leadership Team. She has volunteered locally as a youth track coach and has also donated her time to multiple community service initiatives through her church congregation.
