The 5-foot-4 junior broke the tape at the national RunningLane Cross Country Championships this past season, clocking a time of 17:32.80 to win by over seven seconds. Prodoehl also won the Division 1 state title in 2023 with an all-class best 17:23.8, leading the Firebirds to eighth place as a team. She won all 12 races she entered last fall and won the GMC Cross Country Championships in a personal-best 16:59.10.
Prodoehl has maintained a 4.81 weighted GPA in the classroom. She will begin her senior year of high school this fall.
Prodoehl, who serves on the Lakota West Student Athletic Advisory Board, has volunteered locally on behalf of Goodwill Industries, the Lakota West Campus Clean-Up Project and various running-related youth camps and events.
