The 5-foot-9 senior won the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference Championship meet with a time of 18:16, breaking the tape 1:25 ahead of her next-closest competitor and leading the Road Runners to a fourth-place finish as a team. The 2023 Washington Post All-Met Player of the Year, Rogers placed 15th at the Nike Cross Southeast Regional Championships and was undefeated against in-state competition in 2023.
Rogers has maintained a weighted 4.43 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to run on scholarship at the University of Maryland this fall.
The treasurer of her school’s Vincentian Service Club, Rogers has helped plan and execute the group’s annual Walk for the Poor and its Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser. She has also volunteered locally by cooking monthly meals for Our Daily Bread in Baltimore and by serving as a peer math and science tutor.
