The 6-foot-4, 215-pound senior shortstop led the Pioneers (25-8) to the quarterfinals of the 6A state tournament this past season. Holliday batted .611 with 64 RBI and 19 home runs while drawing 44 walks to compile an OPS of 2.038 and an isolated power percentage of .684. Ranked as the top high school prospect in the Class of 2025 by Prep Baseball Report and Perfect Game and considered the No. 1 high school draft prospect by Baseball America, he also scored 57 runs this past season and finished with a slugging percentage of 1.295.
Holliday has maintained a 3.04 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play baseball at Oklahoma State University this fall, but is projected as a first-round selection in July’s Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft.
Holliday has volunteered locally by leading bible studies for high school and college athletes in Stillwater. He has also donated his time to various community service initiatives through Compassion International, a faith-based organization combating childhood poverty.
