The state’s returning Gatorade Player of the Year, the 6-foot-4 senior outside hitter led the Tartans to a 29-0 record and the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference tournament title this past season. Sellman recorded 336 kills and 154 digs while posting a .486 kill percentage and a .396 hitting percentage. She also compiled 56 service aces, 30 blocks and 20 assists. A two-time Washington Post All-Met Player of the Year and a two-time WCAC Player of the Year, she competed for Team USA at both the Under-19 and Under-21 World Championships this past summer.
Sellman has maintained a weighted 4.17 GPA in the classroom. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to play volleyball on scholarship at the Ohio State University this fall.
Sellman has volunteered locally caring for migrant children on behalf of her church community, and she has donated her time as a youth volleyball coach.
