The 6-foot-2, 190-pound senior keeper posted seven shutouts and made 80 saves this past season, leading the Bears to a 10-7-2 record. The Boston Globe New England Prep School Athletic Council Defensive Player of the Year, Marmolejo is a member of the Canadian Under-20 Men’s National Team. He participated in the Top Drawer Soccer High School All-American Game last December and was also a NEPSAC Class A All-Star.
Marmolejo has maintained an A-minus average in the classroom. He has signed a written letter of athletic aid to play soccer at Georgetown University this fall.
The president of both the Berkshire School senior class and the schoolwide student council, Marmolejo has volunteered locally with the Berkshire Belonging Collective, promoting inclusion, empathy and a sense of belonging on campus.
