At the time of her selection, the 5-foot-8 junior right-handed pitcher had led the Lancers to a 19-0 record and the top seed in the Division I state tournament. Kearney posted a 14-0 mark in the circle with a 0.239 ERA through 19 games, striking out 209 batters while walking just 24 in 88 innings. She recorded a 0.420 WHIP and threw five no-hitters. Offensively, she entered the postseason batting .466 with five home runs, 30 RBI and 14 runs scored, recording a .500 on-base percentage, an .862 slugging percentage and a 1.362 OPS. She was a member of Londonderry’s 2024 state championship team and was a 2024 Division I First Team All-State selection.
Kearney has maintained a 3.91 weighted GPA in the classroom. She has verbally committed to play softball on scholarship at Stonehill College beginning in the fall of 2026.
A National Honor Society member, Kearney has volunteered locally with ‘A Shot For Life,’ which raises money for cancer research. She has also served on the executive board of Londonderry’s Peer Mentorship Program and is on the school’s Athletic Leadership Council.
