The 5-foot-11, 165-pound senior forward and midfielder led the Friars to a 24-2-2 record and the Southern Section Division 1 Sectional Tournament title this past season. Villeda scored 20 goals and passed for 23 assists, and he had a pair of assists in a 2-1 overtime win over San Pasqual High as Servite capped its season by winning the Southern California Division I Regional tournament championship. The Southern Section Division I Player of the Year, he concluded his prep soccer career with 40 goals and 41 assists.
Villeda has maintained a weighted 3.46 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play soccer on scholarship at the University of California, Santa Barbara this fall.
Villeda has volunteered locally at the Faley Games, a camp for students with special needs, and as a youth soccer coach. He has also donated his time to multiple community service initiatives through his church.
