The 6-foot-6, 190-pound sophomore won the 300-meter low hurdles at the Class 5A state meet this past season, leading the Gaels to a fifth-place finish as a team. Meadows’ winning time of 36.73 seconds ranked No. 10 nationally among prep competitors in 2023. He also took second at the state meet in the 110-meter high hurdles and ran the third leg on Gorman’s winning 4x-400-meter relay quartet.
Meadows has maintained a 3.12 GPA in the classroom. He will begin his junior year of high school this fall.
Meadows has volunteered locally as part of multiple community service initiatives in association with Catholic Charities.
