The 6-foot-5, 180-pound senior guard has led the Knights to a 27-1 season and the No. 3 seed in the California Interscholastic Federation Open Division tournament, scheduled to begin March 9. Singleton is averaging 25.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game while shooting 46 percent from behind the arc. The Del Rey League MVP this year and a three-time league All-Star, Singleton has surpassed 2,000 career points while Bishop Montgomery owns a 120-7 record during his high school career.
Singleton has maintained a weighted 3.7 GPA in the classroom. He has signed a national letter of intent to play basketball on scholarship at UCLA this fall.
Singleton has volunteered as a tutor at Los Angeles’ Crenshaw High School, mentoring ninth graders.
