The 6-foot-3, 170-pound senior right-handed pitcher led the Crusaders to a 20-7 record and the NCISAA Class 3A state title this past season. Seagraves posted an 8-2 record on the mound, including a no-hitter, while striking out 127 in 65.1 innings as opponents batted just .116 against him. He compiled a 1.71 ERA, a 0.98 WHIP and a 1.12 FIP. He also batted .333 with 23 runs scored and seven steals. A 2024 All-State selection, he’s ranked as the nation’s No. 160 prospect in his class by Perfect Game.
Seagraves has maintained a 4.3 weighted GPA in the classroom. He has signed a National Letter of Intent to play baseball on scholarship at Campbell University this fall.
A member of the Beta Club, Seagraves has led his teammates and classmates on a volunteer service-mission trip to the Dominican Republic, donating his time on behalf of orphanages, a senior housing center, churches and neighborhood cleanups. He has also helped coordinate a baseball camp that donated baseball equipment to children in need.
